Review The Subtle Art Of Not Giving A f chapter 8-9

I would like  to continue my last review the subtle art of not giving A f from chapter 8 until chapter 9

Chapter 8 : The Importance of Saying No
A little different from other writings when explaining about saying nothing will. Say no not only to the invitation of others but to yourself. When we decide to care about something, that means there are other things we ignore. In other words, we say no to things we don't care about, even though sometimes that is a good thing.
setting limits when you reject something also applies to you. In that sense you have the right to refuse other people to get involved deep into your problem. If the position is reversed, you have a problem and ask your friend's opinion, then your friend judges you, you have the right to tell him that you don't like him if he blames you. If in fact you are wrong, and you admit it, but you are embarrassed to admit your mistakes, you have the right to refuse your shame to admit your mistakes.
When we say no to something or reject something, of course there are people who will disagree with our opinions or attitudes. Then a conflict arises.

"Conflict to show us who is there unconditionally and who is just there for benefits"

Another thing that arises when you have chosen is commitment. Commitment to a choice makes you focus on your choices. When you are committed to always saying and being honest, you will focus on learning to be someone who is honest. You will find out what truth is. And you will dig deeper into honesty.

Chapter 9 : … And Then You Die
This is about our legacy. We will die. I will die and you will die. After we die, what do people want to know about us? I will not explain this part straightforwardly. Just one question to explain this section, "What will people remember about me when I died?". So, do we have to don’t care about the unimportant and frivolous things just for we die?
Mark Manson's well-worth 5 values delivered on his book are really important. Many sentences that I took from his book and translated them for you. It is possible that what I have said is wrong because this paper is the result of my interpretation. And maybe also after you read the book yourself you will have a different interpretation from me.
Thank you 😊
